Tumblebooks and Other Media Resources

The Dearborn Public Library now offers all types of eMedia at no charge for parents and students.
Although the National Library Card Signup Month will be over on the thirtieth of this month, our Dearborn Public Libraries offer many downloads for parents in the community.  You can download free eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, and more.  Please go to Dearbornlibrary.org and click on eMedia.  You’ll now find Overdrive eBooks, Zinio Magazines, Tumblebooks, public domain eBooks, a virtual reference library, children’s chapter book samples, and full online-picture eBooks.  Here in Dearborn, we have great public libraries!  Do try to visit Henry Ford Centennial Library, or the Bryant Branch, in person or online when you can.  Below you’re find links to some of the electronic books, and more, that these two libraries offer free of charge for Dearborn residents.
If you have questions about this information, please contact Mr. Brad Neff who is the Howard School media specialist.  You may call the school (313) 827-6350 or send him an email: neffb@dearbornschools.org.
