Hello All,
We hope that you are all staying warm and looking forward to a relaxing and joyful winter break ahead. With the winter storm watch that we are anticipating this Friday, we wanted to make some schedule changes just to be on the safe side to ensure that we have our cookie decorating workshop/sing-along no matter what Michigan weather brings upon us. We will now have this event tomorrow, Thursday, December 22nd (instead of having this event on Friday). All parents are welcome to join us in the cafeteria during their child’s scheduled time. Please see the schedule below (the times have not changed). WE ARE NOT declaring Friday as a snow day (LOL); depending on the conditions, that will be decided by our superintendent, Dr. Maleyko.
In addition to the date change of the event that will NOW take place TOMORROW, the STUDENT COUNCIL asked that we change the plan for their spirit day tomorrow, STUDENTS SHOULD WEAR THEIR PAJAMAS TOMORROW IF THEY CHOOSE TO DO SO AND DONATE A DOLLAR THAT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE ANIMAL SHELTER.
The Cookie Decorating Workshop/Sing-Along Schedule for tomorrow, Thursday, December 22nd is as follows:
9:15-9:40- 1st graders
9:40-10:05- 3rd graders
10:10-10:35- 4th graders
10:35-11:00-5th graders
11:00-11:25- 2nd graders
2:30-3:00- KindergartenersÂ
