Dear Parents/Guardians,
This is a reminder to those families that have not yet returned their CEP forms, the deadline has been extended until Sept.13.
We need your household to FILL OUT AND SIGN THE HOUSEHOLD INFORMATION FORM (CEP). This is CRITICAL in determining the amount of money our our school receives from State and Federal supplemental programs. All information submitted on the forms is confidential. Your child should have brought those forms home last week. Please return no later then 09/13/2024.
